Part I Miracle Cockatiel,Sparkey

Our family moved to Virginia in 2006.My son,Benjamin asked if he could have a pet bird.I told him no pets. No birds. Unaware that his friends' parents, Gloria and Juan bred cockatiels. God had a different plan for us! One day,my husband was looking out of our kitchen(hen) window and saw an unusual bird in his truck. Our neighbor,Wendy Samuels asked us if we could take it since her family was going out of town. My husband shook his head no and I shook my head yes.I knew God had a purpose for the bird! It was a wild,gray cockatiel bird,native to Australia. Samuel and I would be going on a pilgrimage to Sydney, Australia for World Youth Day 08.Pope Benedict XVI(16)(Benedict spells Ben and Den) would be there.Pope John Paul II started WYD.Sam needed be 16 yrs of age to go and Sam was 16. Ben named the bird Mo or Mo Mo, the lost bird. He took care of the bird for a yr. until He and his neighbor friend, Ben Samuels ran out the door with the bird on my son's shoulder and flew away. We were all heartbroken, even my husband fondly called it a beast and a savage. We prayed that the bird would return home.No Mo.After a few months, I called Ben's friend who breeds Cockatiels and Ben picked out a beautiful,tame, yellow and white cockatiel with orange cheeks. Ben named him Sparkey. This miraculous bird would symbolize the Ark of the Covenant and the keys of the Kingdom by its name,Sparkey.God is in control. It would also represent God calling my 3 children to play Potomac(Tom)In-lin(Lin) hockey at the box in Chantilly,Va. I too like Sarah(my daughter's name too) Palin(Lin) am a hockey Mom! God put my 2 son's on a team called Paul VI Panthers. God put my boys on that team for a purpose! The coaches name is Victor(Victory) Bruni(Run). Their goalie's(lie) name is Daniel and other players's names are Henry, Andre, Andrew, Will, Jacob, and Clayton.The teams they play are: Liberty, Freedom, Falcons and the Stonebrige Bulldogs.God is using their names as instruments.Part II will tell about the spiritual meaning of the word cockatiel.
